Miley Cyrus hit the stage at Madison Square Garden for the Z100 Jingle Ball in NYC yesterday. She wore a sequined crop top and bikini bottoms while continuing her recent routine of getting up close and personal with a slightly creepy Santa Claus (as played by her good friend Cheyne Thomas). Miley has been travelling the country for the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball tour along with Robin Thicke, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, and Selena Gomez, who also performed during the event. Selena and Miley were introduced to the stage by Katie Holmes and Lindsay Lohan, respectively. The lineup of artists previously made stops in LA and Minnesota this week.
It's been a big year for all of the Jingle Ball stars, but especially for Miley. Since the release of her hit single "We Can't Stop," she's basically been taking over the world one high-cut leotard at a time. In addition to having the most-viewed Vevo videos of the year, Miley was recently named MTV's best artist of 2013 and is scheduled to cap off her huge year with a performance in Times Square as the ball drops on New Year's Eve.

Kate Middleton and Prince William attended the Cheltenham Festival in England today. The Duchess donned old favorites for this new outing — she accessorized with the same Lock & Co brown hat that she wore when she was a guest at a friend's Swiss Alps wedding with William and Prince Harry, and a tan coat that she has been sporting since 2007. The Cheltenham horse-racing festival is a favorite amongst royals and British socialites. William's cousin Zara Phillips and Kate's sister, Pippa Middleton, both watched the races this week ahead of Will and Kate's visit.
The label Black Halo is an official celeb favorite. In fact, Mandy Moore wore this Black Halo Tweed Cami Dress ($350) on the October cover of Lucky.
It could definitely transition from the office to a night out very easily, and the look is very classic. But are you a fan?

Welcome to the new school of low-heeled heels. Here you'll find a slick range of sexy sling-back kitten heels (in brocade finishes and floral prints), polished ankle-strap pumps with crystal embellishments, and classic nude iterations, too. The common denominator? Despite the "under three inches" rule, these shoes pack a just-as-cool punch. And if you're worried about not fully maximizing the leggy look (yes, we know a killer pair of sky-high stilettos does wonders for lengthening your frame), then have a little fun with it. Go for a thigh-skimming skirt instead. All the convincing you'll need to take the low-heel plunge — aside from the obvious comfort perk — is just a click, or 20, ahead.
