I chose Zuma because I love Sushi. My second choice would've been Lotus, love the name and i've never had australian food, i'd be interested in checking it out.
1Since the question is geared toward where I would want to go for a date, I selected Lotus because I like the idea of dining in a relaxed yet inviting atmosphere. Enjoying fabulous cocktails is an added bonus, too!
