I'm a huge fan of Elie Saab creations. He is genius and his designs are simple & gorgeous. This particular dress is part of Spring 2006 Couture Collection. It was once woren by Beyonce

It's kinda cute but has too much going on with the bow and ruffles.

3I don't like it, but don't hate it. It probably will only look good on models. I personally don't think it would have look good on Beyonce.
