I like it! I think it's cute.

I like it! It is a bit overwhelming but I think it could be pulled off. I like that they kept the cut of the dress simple so that it doesn't compete with the print on the dress. I think the "flounce" of the skirt is very cute. As long as the accessories were kept to a minimum and very simple, I think it could be a really cute look on the right person!
